We really enjoyed our short stay at Skyline Plaza de Espana. The whole experience, starting from the reservation process and the stay itself was just Excellent. All the staff that we have dealt with were welcoming and extremely helpful. They all did everything they can to help us with all our requests and future reservations. The suite was well appointed with all the amenities one will need. It was spacious, immaculately clean and in excellent shape. Everything worked perfectly inside the apartment and the internet was fine. The property is conveniently located in one of Madrid's best locations, 5 minutes walk from Plaza de Espana and 10 minutes walk from Gran Via. Bus and Metro are also a short walk away. There are a lot of restaurants and convenience stores close by. The location is really quite with very nice greenery and views. We were really happy with our stay, that we decided to make our next reservations for long stays in Madrid in this really nice place. We will definitely be back.…

The staff is not very courteous. I ex[ected much more from the hotel unfortunately it was just regular customer service. Also I feel the staff should greet you. There was no cleaning service was provided everyday like other places we stayed and was extra charge which is not right. I didnt even get free clean toweels and had to use the same towel.

Great apartment, centrally located in Madrid, very close to the palace, Plaza Espana and metro stations. Good communication, easy checkin (desk manned 24/7 as far as we could tell). We had a Standard room on the 3rd floor, which was extremely well equipped, very spacious, with lounge, full kitchen, dining area, bedroom and bathroom. We were only there for one night, but it would have been a comfortable place to live for several weeks. And excellent value.

Great location on the palaza de espana. The apartment looks good with all the facilities. The two bad room and the bathroom are in appropriate size. The place fits families. Kitchen is fully equipped ( oven, dishwasher microwave coffee maker etc).

Perfect and clean place. Staff service-oriented. I would warmly recommend it if you wish to have a lot to do within a walking distance. Even if check-out is at 12.00 you can leave your luggage on the last day and enjoy few additional hours without problem.

Everything about this apart hotel was perfect: the apartment (two bedrooms and two bathrooms apartment), location, neighborhood with a lot of restaurants, cafe, mini market, communication before and during stay, staff, cleaning, free parking, laundry room on each floor. We will be happy to stay in this hotel again!

We rented a two bedroom apartment, not sure what to expect as it was such a good price, was a bit nervous it was too good to be true. Come to find out it is one of those unicorn experiences where it was truly too good to be true. The apartment was two full bedrooms, and two full bathrooms, both beautifully appointed and very clean. The beds were extremely comfortable with a weighted duvet, as well as extra really soft blankets, and enough great pillows to send one into dreamland. Front desk staff was wonderful, very knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Prior to our arrival we had numerous questions, which we sent via numerous emails, and they were really responsive, and so helpful each and every time we sent one. Upon check in they gave us a map, pointing out all the places to see and the best way to get to them. Glad we didn't rent a car as the apartments are conveniently located to lots of wonderful restaurants, sight seeing, metro, etc. Can't recommend highly enough, wish we could have given 6 stars!!!…

Amazing location at a walking distance from Plaza España and Palacio, plus Gran Vía and many others. Fully equipped, blackout shades, AC, and great terrace! Staff is super friendly and available 24/7. Thanks to Bernadette who was super attentive during our checkin. If you have a car, they have parking garage included; all very secure. Will definitely be using them again.

Liked: the Front Desk staff were extremely helpful in all situations. Location was excellent for the palace, and Plaza de Espana. Carrefour is 3 minutes walk away, although we did not discover it until the last night, and were using the supermarket on C. de Ferraz (15 minutes away). Each floor has a washer, a dryer and detergent in a common area. Disliked: Traffic noise from Calle de Irun. Despite double glazing and a shutter blind, traffic noise can be heard most of the time, except for a brief interlude between 12.00 till 06.00. Maintenance of the furnishings and the facilities is going to become an issue, as already the quality of the furniture is showing natural wear and tear. Similarly, there appear to be some plumbing issues, although not drastic yet. Also, some of the lighting (bulbs) need to be changed, (none in stock), and the positioning of the toaster and Nespresso machine is an electrical hazard, (next to the kitchen sink), and operable balancing the devices on a narrow ledge over the front of the sink. But the staff make this place great. The owners need to pay a bit more attention to design details, and upkeep in maintenance. If the owners can maintain the standard, and guests are immune to traffic noise, this is the place to stay.…

Excellent apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Very clean, neat and tidy with all amenities necessary. There was a laundry room which was very useful. Great location being just a short walk to the palace and other sights and shops. Lots of nearby cafes and restaurants and shops to buy supplies. The front desk is open 24 hours and staff were very friendly and helpful. There is underground parking which was a must for us and very secure (massive bonus in Madrid). Couldn’t fault this apartment and would recommend it.
